Energy +

I have been doing Bootcamp protocols for about 8 months. At first, I lost a few pounds, and started feeling better. Then I plateaued. After a couple of months I busted through the pateau and started losing weight again - but it was slower, much slower. But I had formed some good habits and it was starting to have an effect. Its been about 8 months now. I've lost about 35lb, and that is great. But here's the thing. I feel amazing. It seems like I have the energy I had when I was a teenager. I just feel so good. So...thanks. All you BootCampers out there who are struggling - keep fighting the good fight. Don't stop fighting. It may take a while but it is worth it!
